- dilation in the ascending, arch, and 1st half of descending aorta, with suspected aneurysm at the level of the arch
- posterior encroachment of the aortic arch upon tracheal ( mass effect)
Case Discussion
This patient does not complain of any clinical symptoms, he came for a medical fitness examination and by chance found he had an aortic aneurysm.
