75 year old male presenting with chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

CTA demonstrates a Type A aortic dissection which has ruptured into the pericardium, leading to minor cardiac tamponade.

The patient went on to have an open aortic repair and aortic valve replacement.
