Occluded infra-renal aorta and common iliac arteries bilaterally with multiple collateral pathways.

Case Discussion

Leriche syndrome refers to complete occlusion of the aorta distal to the renal arteries causing absent femoral pulses, bilateral claudication, and impotence.
