The lung edge is evident at the left lung apex with lucency peripheral to this due to absent lung markings.
Right lung clear. Heart size normal.

A small pneumothorax of this size one would hope not to miss.
Always check the apices as part of the structured approach to chest x-ray reporting to make missing smaller apical abnormalities less likely.
