Absent both posterior tibial arteries with hypertrophied both peroneal arteries seen coursing medially behind medial malleoli then continuing as lateral plantar arteries with attenuated atherosclerotic distal segments. Patent both anterior tibial arteries.
Case Discussion
This case shows a rare variation of the lower limb arterial system. The radiologist should be aware of this variation to avoid misinterpretation as arterial total occlusion.
