Painless hematuria.

Age: 90 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Right iliac fossa: tubular, non-peristaltic, non-compressible structure, approximately 30 mm in diameter. It extends from the cecum.

Internal ring-like echoes are noted within the lesion.

Case Discussion

No cause was found for hematuria.
