Presentation

C/o painless haematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 90 yrs
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

Right iliac fossa: tubular, non-peristaltic, non-compressible structure, appx. 30 mm in diameter. It extends from cecum.

Internal ring like echoes are noted within the lesion.

Case Discussion

No cause was found for hematuria.

Presumed Appendiceal mucocele

No surgical follow up available.
