Axial With oral contrast

An 80×32 mm unilocular tubular cyst like lesion is present at RLQ that adhered to the cecal base. No surrounding fat stranding or inflammatory changes could be seen.
A 35 mm nonenhanced unilocular cyst is present at the left adnexa.
Case Discussion
Features are most consistent with appendiceal mucocele, typically seen as a well-defined, fluid density, spherical, or tubular lesion contiguous with the base of the cecum. It should be noted that intraluminal gas or a gas-fluid level within a mucocele indicates the presence of superinfection.
