A blind-ending tubular structure arises from the right pelvis and projects superiorly, measuring up to 19 mm in diameter. It appears to arise from the base of the cecum and proximally contains four rounded calcifications measuring up to 13 mm. This is most consistent with a dilated appendix with appendicoliths. Small volume of free fluid in the pelvis. No collection or free gas identified.
