Fever and right iliac fossa pain.

Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

Peritoneal dialysis catheter seen in-position with paucity of bowel gas in the right iliac fossa. Multiple rounded calcified/ossified opacities are seen projecting over the right iliac fossa ? appendicolites.

Modality: CT

Inflamed appendix with phlegmon. Bilateral hydroureteronephrosis.

6 year old boy known case of chronic renal failure on peritoneal dialysis, presented with fever and acute right iliac fossa pain of 5 days duration.
