The supratentorial ventricular system (3rd and lateral ventricles) is markedly dilated with transependymal edema around the ventricles. The sagittal FIESTA sequence reveals an aqueduct stenosis seen as an aqueductal web or diaphragm. 

Normal size and configuration of the 4th ventricle.
