Chronic headaches.

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

The MRI sequences demonstrate a marked dilatation of the 3rd and lateral ventricles with mild transependymal edema and normal size and configuration of the 4th ventricle. The sagittal FIESTA sequence shows aqueduct stenosis.
