Severe headaches and vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Female

Marked dilatation of the 3rd and lateral ventricles with periventricular transependymal edema. Normal size and configuration of the 4th ventricle.

The sagittal FIESTA sequence shows aqueduct stenosis.
