There is an extra-axial low attenuation lesion in the left temporal fossa, displacing the ipsilateral temporal lobe postero-superiorly. There is remodeling and thinning of adjacent bone.
Case Discussion
These images are compatible with an arachnoid cyst, which is commonly an incidental finding as was so with this case.
