A left temporo-frontal extra-axial irregular lesion is seen measuring 8.5 X 6 X 5 cm in orthogonal dimensions. It follows CSF signal on all sequences and shows no enhancement or restricted diffusion. It exerts mass effect in the form of compression of the left temporal and frontal lobes as well as left lateral ventricle and basal ganglia with midline shift.
Incidentally noted is enlarged adenoid.
