A large irregular shaped, area of CSF density area is noted involving left temporal and frontal regions. The area is comminuting into suprasellar cisterna. However, no communication to ipsilateral lateral ventricle and no pressure effect is noted.
Bone remodelling indicates a long-standing condition.
Case Discussion
CT features are more in favour of arachnoid cyst as described above.
