Arachnoid cyst - cerebellopontine angle

There is a well-circumscribed cystic lesion (27 x 22 x 20 mm) centered on the right cerebellopontine angle of CSF signal on all sequences with no restricted diffusion. A mass effect is noted on the adjacent middle cerebellar peduncle as well as the cerebellar parenchyma.
No other abnormality seen at the infra-or supratentorial level.
