Arachnoid cyst in ambient cistern

There is an extra-axial cystic lesion that has mass effect on the medial aspect of the left temporal lobe and CSF enlargement of the left ambient cistern and separated from CSF with thin thread-like thin tissue. There is no post-contrast enhancement, gliosis or edema.
Case Discussion
In differential diagnosis; Choroid fissure cyst, epidermoid cyst and enlargement of perivasculer spaces could be thought. But this lesion has no diffusion restricted in DWI and ADC sequence, besides located in extra-axial space.
