Arachnoid cyst located in Ambient cistern
The patient had headache for two weeks.

There is an extra-axial cystic lesion that has mass effect on the medial aspect of the left temporal lobe and CSF enlargement of the left ambient cistern and separated from CSF with thin thread-like thin tissue. There is no post-contrast enhancement, gliosis or edema.
