Arachnoid cyst - middle cranial fossa

There is an extra-axial cyst (36 x 34 x 28 mm) of CSF signal on all sequences, filling the left middle cranial fossa, and displacing the temporal lobe. No restricted diffusion is seen on DWI/ADC.
