Large extra-axial cystic lesion of right middle cerebral fossa, extending to the insular region eliciting an isointense signal to the CSF signal on all sequences with no restricted diffusion. A mass effect is noted on the temporal and frontal lobes.
Benign enlargement of the subarachnoid space at the frontal and anterior interhemispheric regions with dilated ventricular system.
