There is a fusiform intradural extramedullary CSF intensity cystic lesion of posterior location from T12 to L3 level, extending to the neural foramina bilaterally at L1-L2 and L2-L3 levels, compressing and displacing the conus medullaris anteriorly.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have a resection and the histopathological study confirmed the diagnosis of an arachnoid cyst.
