Chronic headache and blurring of vision

Patient Data

Age: 33 years old
Gender: Female

A large subtentorial arachnoid cyst is noted compressing the aqueduct of sylvius and causing supratentorial obstructive hydrocephalus. There is a communication between the left lateral ventricle and arachnoid cyst.

Case Discussion

Non communicating obstructive hydrocephalus secondary to subtentorial arachnoid cyst.
