Patient Data

Age: 40 years

Brain

mri

Normal brain, brain stem, and cerebellar signal.

Normal ventricular system and sulci.

There is around 5 mm fluid signal along the course of the left transverse sinus indicating arachnoid granulation with normal signal void proximally and distally.

Post gadolinium contrast images show no abnormal intracranial enhancement.

A small right frontal scalp cyst depicting diffusion restriction suggestive of a sebaceous cyst.

Prominent adenoids with mild mucosal thickening of the maxillary antra are also noticeable.
