Cystic projections of the arachnoid membrane within the transvers/sigmoid sinuses bilaterally following the CSF signal intensity in all sequences, non-enhancing.
Case Discussion
Arachnoid granulations enable the passage of the CSF from the subarachnoid space into the dural venous sinuses through projections of the arachnoid villi, therefore they follow CSF signal intensity in all sequences 1.
