Age: 40-45
Gender: Female

Linear echogenic structures are identified along the corticomedullary junction (base of medullary pyramids) on both sides. A fine lumen can be identified within each of these structures.

Case Discussion

Typical appearance of arcuate arteries, identified by their location and morphology. These should not be mistaken for nephrocalcinosis or stones.
