Arterial enhanced CT scan of the face demonstrates a very large arteriovenous malformation involving most of the right side of the face. Supply is predominantly via the left external carotid artery as well as muscular branches from the vertebral artery (note how large the left vertebral artery is). Areas of hyperdensity within the malformation represent previous attempts at embolisation.
