Presentation
Antenatal scan at 30 wks. A scan done earlier at 26 wks, showed clenched fists, and persistent flexion of hand and digits, however it was disregarded as a transient finding.

Clenched hands, with persistent flexion contracture was noticed on repeated scans. Club foot deformity was also noted.
Case Discussion
Possibility of Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita was considered, and child was born with the deformity.
