Small partial-thickness undersurface tear involving the mid to posterior fibers of the supraspinatus tendon footprint is present.
The bursal sided fibers remain intact and attached at the rotator cuff footprint.
Abnormal intra-substance increased signal and thickening is present along the course of the subscapularis tendon, likely related to tendinosis associated with a 5*10 mm fluid signal cyst originated from the muscle belly.
Capsular hypertrophy and degenerative changes are seen along with the acromioclavicular joint.
Acromion type II is noted.
Subacromial-subdeltoid bursal effusion is seen.
