Chest x-ray demonstrates hyperinflation of the lungs with very prominent calcified pleural plaques


CT chest

CT of the chest demonstrates numerous pleural plaques, many of them calcified, subpleural band-like scarring / fibrosis and round atelectasis in the right base.
