Multiple bilateral opacifications, likely pleural.


Extensive bilateral calcified and noncalcified pleural plaques associated with mild lung fibrosis. Together this is consistent with asbestosis. Left lower lobe round atelectasis in association with large plaque along the diaphragmatic surface.
