The dilated/aneurysmatic thoracic aorta can be seen on both the frontal and lateral chest radiograph.

Sagittal C+ arterial phase

The para-sagittal multi-planar reconstruction from the CT-angiography nicely shows the ascending aortic aneurysm with normal width of the rest of the thoracic aorta.
