Abdominal pain and chronic constipation.
Patient Data



Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at ascending colon measuring about 8cm in length. Pericolic fat stranding and several regional lymphadenopathy with SAD less than 13 mm are evident.
A 50×40 mm well defined mass is present at the left adrenal gland that contains several small calcified foci. Its mean attenuation values of early, PVP, and delayed contrasted images are measuring 42HU, 52HU, and 10HU, respectively inferring benign adenoma.
Case Discussion
Ascending colon mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with small regional lymphadenopathy.
