Work up of abdominopelvic pain and chronic constipation with positive occult blood on stool exam.
Patient Data
Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the cecum and proximal of the ascending colon, accompanied by pericolic fat stranding and several small regional enlarged lymph nodes.
A 17 mm low enhancing mass is present in the 3rd hepatic segment.
Several small parapelvic cysts are seen in both kidneys.
A 100×75×74 mm well-defined fat density mass with focal marginal calcification and Rokitansky nodule is noted in the left adnexa.
Case Discussion
Ascending colon mass, a pathology proven adenocarcinoma with regional enlarged lymph nodes and small hepatic metastasis and left-sided mature cystic ovarian teratoma as an incidental finding.
