Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Mediastinal contours are normal. ASD closure device well positioned. Heart size is normal.

Case Discussion

There are many ASD closure devices, but most have the appearance of a butterfly like this does. They are inserted via an endovascular route.
