There is a continuous lucency along the medial proximal femoral stem of the prosthesis.

There is a continuous lucency (red arrow) along the medial proximal femoral stem of the prosthesis.
Case Discussion
A peri-implant lucency of more than 2 mm is considered a warning feature of aseptic loosening of a hip joint replacement.
