The hysterosalpingogram showed a reduced size of the uterine cavity associated with the haziness of its outlines and irregular filling defects, leading to the incapability of contrast injection of more than 10 cc because of a fibrotic endometrium.
There is no peritoneal spill.
The right fallopian tube has not been visualized.
In addition, the left hydrosalpinx was identified and characterized by mild dilation of the ampullary part of the fallopian tube.
Case Discussion
Imaging findings are characteristic of Asherman syndrome and bilateral tubal block.
