Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingography demonstrated classical findings of intrauterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome), and the irregular filling defects in the right side of the uterine cavity.

Cutoff of contrast material in the isthmic portion of the left fallopian tube with bulbous dilatation of the distal aspect of the opacified portion.

Spillage occurs from the right tube.

Case Discussion

Multiple images from a hysterosalpingogram demonstrated irregular intrauterine filling defect due to adhesions without free spillage of contrast on the left side. Imaging appearance is characteristic of Asherman syndrome and the left tubal block.
