In the right upper lobe there is a 4.5 cm opacity bordered by thin radiolucent streaks.

In the right upper lobe exists a cavitary lesion occupied by mycetoma (diameter 4.5 cm) in communication with the apical bronchus.

Aspergilloma is a fungus ball that develops due to the formation of hyphae inside a lung cyst or an existing cavity (e.g. tuberculosis, sarcoidosis), usually in the upper lobe.
