Localized bronchiectatic changes of varicose type is seen at the right middle lobe with cavitary lesioin showing soft tissue inside surrounded by crescent of air.

Case Discussion

Bronchiectasis with formation of cavity is one of the predisposing factors that aids in colonization of fungus Aspergillus fumigatus formation of aspergilloma.
