Dyspnea.hystory of old pulmonary(cavitary)tuberculosis.

Severe fibrotic change associated with volume loss and traction bronchiectasis in upper lobe of left lung. A soft tissue mass in dependent portion of apical cavity with cresent sign is typical appearance of Aspergilloma (Mycetoma).
