Presentation

Cough and sputum for 7 months.

Axial sections demonstrate a thin-walled cavity secondary to tuberculosis, containing a hyperdense soft tissue attenuation with surrounding air lucency characteristic of aspergilloma and air crescent sign. Few fibrotic changes are seen surrounding the cavity.
