Asymmetrically large jugular bulb

Note the marked asymmetry, with the right jugular bulb being much larger than the left. Although slightly off skewed, the asymmetrically large jugular bulb (right > left) is easily appreciated. Note the enlarged ipsilateral sigmoid sinus.
