Asymmetrically large jugular bulb

Case contributed by A.Prof Frank Gaillard

Note the marked asymmetry, with the right jugular bulb being much larger than the left. Although slightly off skewed, the asymmetrically large jugular bulb (right > left) is easily appreciated. Note the enlarged ipsilateral sigmoid sinus.
