Headache, vertigo.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Complete atlanto-occipital assimilation is seen with basilar invagination and atlanto-axial subluxation resulting in compression and kinking of cervicomedullary junction. No obvious myelopathy seen in present scan.
