Sharply demarcated calvarial defect at the mid-occipital region with sclerotic margins ( diameter = 4 mm) with a small fibrous stalk traversing the bony defect. Prominent superior cerebellar cistern and suprapineal recess with superior peaking of the posterior tentorium.

CT features most consistent with an atretic cephalocele.
