Case Discussion
Atretic cephalocele consists of:
- subgaleal cyst with intracranial extension.
- vertical primitive falcine vein and fibrous tract point to the subcutaneous scalp mass.
- focal fenestration of the superior sagittal sinus at the AC.
- Peaked tentorium.
Differential diagnosis:
