Age: 10 years
Gender: Female

There is bilateral increased pulmonary vascularity and prominence of the atrial appendage. The heart size is within normal limits. No rib or soft tissue abnormality. The radiological features are compatible with the known diagnosis of an atrial septal defect (ASD).
