Presentation
Non-palpable left testis. Suspected for undescended testis.
Patient Data

Atrophic abnormal tissue is noted in the left scrotal cavity (16 x 11 mm).
Bilateral spermatic cords are seen reaching the scrotal cavities.
Right testis is normal in size, shape and texture locating normally in the right scrotal cavity.
Note is made for incidental finding of a well-defined, T2/STIR high signal lesion in right femoral neck which needs correlation with further MR sequences and radiograph.
Case Discussion
As the spermatic cord in the affected side appears to extend to the ipsilateral scrotal cavity, the possibility of undescended testis is unlikely, and the abnormal tissue likely represents an atrophic left testis.
