Grossly dilated and thick-walled caecum rotated up between the right hemidiaphragm and liver with collapsed distal colon

Case Discussion

Caecum on a mesentery usually volves upwards and to the left upper quadrant rather than the right upper quadrant as in this case and rarely beneath the right hemidiaphragm.
